Great product but senior leadership runs the org like a law firm which is insainly cutthroat and intense. (picture being an associate to Luis Lit on Suits and that is how you will feel as an AE) You can make some good money here as the product is superior to the competition, but there are not many AEs on the floor that have good mental health.

Pretty garbage. Horrible culture and upper management. Top priority is going public so they can get out, not anything else.

Pretty good overall. Great product and growing quickly, but the intense in-office culture is hard to get used to if you're coming from a remote or hybrid role.
