Even though making quota, pay has significantly decreased year over year. Commission percentage is lowered yearly, quota increases, and base salary remains the same. Recognized with awards rather than compensation, and overtime is an expectation. Time off is discouraged by company culture.

My overall experience was negative. The CEO joins meeting to berate teams for not selling more even though the company as a whole is hitting quota every month. Teams are "advised" not to take time off during certain time which is now pretty much any time. You can make some money but it is a toxic Culture that will slowly suck the life out of you.
