Everything is always changing. The entire time I've been here, it's been for the worse. Sales management is pretty good, butter upper management and C-suite is clueless and seems to act on a whim, with ZERO transparency to the troops

So far experience has been really good, from the looks of it OTE attainment has to be greater than 75%, very attainable goal more of a you get what you put in situation. Great management team. Only true complain is very low base, and not the greatest perks: No gym stipend, commuter stipends, stocks etc.

Overall a great company to work for. They have a great product and the market was eating it up. Company culture and leadership was lacking.
