Former Employee2.4Aug 31, 2023Pretty garbage. Horrible culture and upper management. Top priority is going public so they can get out, not anything else.

Current Employee2.4May 24, 2024Filevine is a company that makes an exceptional product. But the culture is toxic and the leadership is poor. The company exists to serve their investors and they cut costs and take advantage of both employees and customers in order to make their investors happy. If you have ever read the book Good to Great, they violate a principle every single chapter in that book.

Current Employee3.0Jan 17, 2024Overall, the company is ran by emotional leaders who make decisions based on how they feel at any given moment. The company tells you everyday how you need to be “grateful” yet there isn’t even stock options for people who’ve been with the company for 1-2 years. They doubled quotas and lowered the commissions & even shortened book sizes.

Current Employee3.4May 24, 2024Pretty good overall. Great product and growing quickly, but the intense in-office culture is hard to get used to if you're coming from a remote or hybrid role.
