Events are key for SDR's they only send the same 3-4 SDRs to 3+ events a month while the other reps get very little opputunites. The only way to consistently hit your number is events and you cant get events without hitting your number its a catch 22

Current Employee1.4Jan 25, 2025Even though making quota, pay has significantly decreased year over year. Commission percentage is lowered yearly, quota increases, and base salary remains the same. Recognized with awards rather than compensation, and overtime is an expectation. Time off is discouraged by company culture.
