Current Employee Culture and Leadership continues to decline. They put out requirements for each department that causes departmental contention. They seem to put sales last. Leadership continues to raise product prices even though we are losing deals based on pricing. They also continue to raise Seller Quota, even though only 5 direct sellers hit their quota last year, and most sellers are hitting less than 30% quota attainment. Compensation is not set up for sellers to make money. Browse Other Reviews
