Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Epicor is a great company culturally. The work life balance is fantastic and the people are awesome. The products Epicor offers are also typically solid. It is a competitive market with long complex sales cycles which makes it a challenge to hit quota. The quotas differ from position to position. Some roles here consistently hit 150-200% with little effort, while others might only see 30-70% of their quotas while putting in a lot of time. Training is also very much from experience so do not be surprised if you get thrown into the deep end right away and feel like you are sinking. It can be frustrating how disjointed some of the departments are (sales, services, marketing) which can cause for some finger pointing. Ultimately I would recommend people to the company because of the culture and the products but I would take the time to understand the role you are stepping in to.
