Current Employee1.4Mar 19, 2024In short, this company does not reward high earners with anymore than a higher quota after hitting growrh targets, and without a change to compensation so ultimately the better you do the less you will make because leadership makes sure of it by raising quota 20-40% of reached targets of the previous year.
