Current Employee1.0Aug 12, 2024- Terrible/micromanaging leadership. - Disorganized - Active blocking career progression - Subtle retaliation if one take too much PTO. - Employees who voice concerns are not heard and labelled as "problematic". - Very, very low pay compared to peers in the Energy SaaS industry. - Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You'll be happy you dodged a major bullet.

Current Employee2.4Jun 11, 2024Avoid the P&R segment like the plague. Horrible, "flat management" structure means you have 3 bosses each chasing you for deal updates, not just one. Management wants to have the same call 5x time per week to review deals. Just let me fucking work.
