The leadership demanded you work on call 24/7. We make more than doctors they said so we must be as available as they are. There are needless internal meetings. Some long after the work day ended. It’s normal to be pinged at 8-9EST about something they need done now, but it could be done the next day. The pay is good, overall the turnover rate is so high, most have to stay the year to not give their ramped pay back. Make sure you know that. The pay is owed back if you quit in less than a year.

Overall this company has poor leadership and a poor product fit. There are great people who work there but a very churn and burn approach to account execs and very few inbound leads

Until the president of revenue is gone, do not come here, or you will dread your existence. I've seen great AE's that would likely strive anywhere hate their lives here.
