Bad leadership, lost and don't know what they're doing. Morale is nonexistent and the leaders are snakes. Their business plan and 3 year goals don't make sense and they won't achieve them.

Good people and decent products. Management doesn't have focus and there's a major issue with product market fit. Layoffs are the usual remedy for missed targets

Overall experience was good but had a much better culture and product innovation a year ago. The new executive leadership is focusing more on the expense and travel management side of the business and is not investing in the resources needed to to keep up with the AP automation and vendor payments market.
