Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Elastic is still a young, inexperienced company that wants to pretend that it is on par with the largest IT companies. While I liked my direct manager, his manager, the CEO and the founder, I think that the Chief Sales Officer and the VP under him have unrealistic expectations and are grasping at straws to show that they have made an impact. They are the type that you work for and not with and the culture in the sales org has been impacted heavily by this. This is a different place than it was just over a year ago and the future looks bleak.
