My overall experience was incredibly unprofessional. Often upper management would speak about one another negatively among those on the team. There is a clique among those that have worked with one another that tend to avoid including others. Respectfully would highly avoid this company, filled with many unprofessionals.

In all Egnyte is a great company and I have had the opportunity to work with some of the best leaders of my career. However, like all companies, there are areas in which we struggle.

Egnyte ..... is awful. At least the West is. It is certainly an old boys club and I'm a man and even I think this is horse shit. It starts from the VP of Sales who is a bit all over the place and is an order taker. His direct reports are also order takers and as a whole the org isn't doing well. I think only 3 reps hit over 100% across all levels in the non-AEC...Read More
