Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Egnyte is a semi-solid starting point for early careers, especially for those who value a resilient and sociable atmosphere. Recent graduates who enjoy a lively culture w/o professionalism or upward trajectory may find it appealing. However, for more experienced, self-reliant individuals, it's crucial to evaluate the company's values and read reviews carefully. Although the original leadership was strong, a 2021 regime change somewhat altered the work culture. Egnyte lacks equality and respect for women in the workplace. The Spokane, Washington office is particularly problematic, with immature leadership and inappropriate relationships. Many top performers are leaving, and the culture differs from its claims. Personal note: I was a valued top performer but saw no clear career advancement or performance-based incentives. My base pay included a raise in 2023… my “leader” told me I was LUCKY to get this raise. Offensive and misogynistic . Perhaps sleeping with one of the leaders will earn you more. I know doing so will for sure get you a territory you DO NOT deserve, know how to run or can maximize. If you love hostility, lack of monetary incentive and/or advancement and disturbingly unprofessional environments- this might be the place for you.
