The product is great and is rightfully viewed as a leader. Our customers recognize value and prospects recognize the value in a short period of time. The last of market awareness to difficult in breaking into accounts, needing to overcome competitors that have been a strong foothold and lengthy sales cycles.

Promotion cycles pushed back always, can’t get a straight answer for anything from management. Energy low in office always. SDR organization needs work, evaluate carefully but if you need a first job not a bad one to have. Work life balance is great and good place to get your foot in the industry.

In a slightly saturated market, DataDog has better marketing, but New Relic is still hanging on to existing customers. We have the best product, but it can be difficult to convince an org they need to change. Pushback comes from the time and resources to deploy and train. It always comes down to talent, territory, and unfortunately TIMING for your patch.
