'Amateur hour' at best, comp plans were reduced, terrible stock options, and like others have said, its the 'luck of the draw' based on which accounts are chosen for you. Wish I would've left sooner. You won't find seasoned reps here, but the newer sales reps will come in and stay for a year or two and see this place for what it is. Toxic at best, because its VP's who hire their friends, not people who are concerned with growing a business at the end of the day ultimately polluting the culture. The product is agent-based, creating an undesirable sprawl that most IT org's loathe, and they unfortunately could never develop a good enough narrative around ZTA to spin themselves in this direction, from a security perspective.
