Current Employee3.6Oct 30, 2024My overall experience has been decent. First AE role, promoted from SDR, I don't hate it. Quota is very difficult to obtain, not a ton of training, but our solutions and longevity in the market mitigate this to some degree.

Former Employee2.9Aug 10, 2024Sub par! The compensation is the only motivation here. There are opportunity to transition to a AE if your a top performer in SDR within (4 - 6) + . But the job gets redundant and the volumes of inbound calls, dictates opportunities which you have to qualify through a B.A.N.T questionnaire.
