Great place to be a B or C player but very few opportunities for true success - Would not reccomend for those with aspiration of excellence. Product development has been incredibly slow over the years which has stymied sales (most people are falling far short of quota and as a result, their OTE) Sales Enablement is almost no existent. You are handed the 101 level information but there is no ongoing education or foundation to excel. Diversity is not a priority - Brightly may have left “The Dude” name behind, but it’s still a good’ol white boys club.

Leadership leftover from Brightly is great. It will be a shame it Siemens pushes them all out.

This company has gone through many changes during my tenure. Two private equity changes and an acquisition by Siemens. Overall a great company but is not what it use to be, some good things, some bad things that come with exponential growth and becoming a public company.
