Past that there are very few opportunities for excellence. 50%+ of reps are missing quota while the same top 5-10 reps excel - strictly because there is not enough to go around. Product development is stagnant and focused on retaining and transforming legacy rather than new business.

Current Employee2.9Sep 26, 2023OTE is well below what others offer. Base is okay but still on the lower end. Very few people hit quota. Insurance is a high deductible only plan. The product in my vertical needs work. The Siemens acquisition does show upside but still too early to tell.

I’m my first 3 weeks I noticed their comp plan rewarded certain vertices more over others and apparently not a single person in management or HR had realized this.
