Former Employee2.7Oct 20, 2023My overall was negative, leadership dont treat SEs well, like to play games, the comp was ok, but only if you got lucky with 1 or 2 or 3 big deals, otherwise you came in at 80 or 90% ote. Not great culutre outside the local team.
