Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee overall good camaraderie amongst reps. For the most part, everyone genuinely wants to help each other out. And you're selling a quality product that works & helps people, so no 'seller's guilt' there. We could do a little better with giveaways, and the quoting can be a bit messy, especially with the add-on features. It's actually gotten a bit easier, but can sometimes be cost-prohibitive ( the add-on shouldn't cost more than the product). There can be a bit of 'hey! do this mandatory training by X date' Sometimes that gets in the way of just putting your head down, but that's anywhere you go. Great work/life balance & flexible hours: you own your territory so no one is breathing down your neck. Overall good place to work, but the tone has started to lean towards the 'this is the way: resistance is futile' sort of culture. Browse Other Reviews
