Good teams and good people leaders. Unfortunately, product vision changes often. Sales-led / Enterprise motion (AEs, AMs, CSMs) is a lot smaller than what it used to be.

Dropbox leadership is oblivious to the challenges it faces in the current market place. Leadership is rarely if ever gets involved in deals.

It's an okay place to work, but I never was extremely excited about what I was selling and the leadership tended to change horses midstream quite often in terms of product direction/focus.
