Over hired for the sales org. Lots of politics, and majority of the team is not hitting quota sadly. AEs and SDRs are getting let go left and right, no job security whatsoever here.

Good market fit, product is only getting as the competition gets tougher. This is great for customers in the market as these tools keep getting enhancements, but the differentiators start to become smaller. Drata is working on internal/external development for reps, but it is a work in progress.

I wouldn’t do it if there are other options. I would t say leadership is toxic, but it’s not great. Strategy keeps pivoting and inbound leads have dried up. Expect to be hunting the entire time you’re here.

It’s a “numbers” role. X person sent this many emails last week. Y person put a certain amount of new companies into a sequence. There is no training on what our product does or how we differ from competitors.
