It’s a “numbers” role. X person sent this many emails last week. Y person put a certain amount of new companies into a sequence. There is no training on what our product does or how we differ from competitors.

This was the work professional experience I have ever endured. They will use you, fire you, and replace you. Toxic culture and horrible "leadership". Run as fast as you can.

Overall Drata offers a solid product. Problem is the market is saturated with solutions that are cheaper. Most of the kid market customers already have a solution. Drata is a great company. It's a high growing tech startup so naturally the environment is competitive and slightly stressful but the people are amazing, we've built the best product in the market and innovate faster than our competitors. The only real con here is no 401k match but other benefits are fantastic and it's a great place to be overall.
