Overall Drata offers a solid product. Problem is the market is saturated with solutions that are cheaper. Most of the kid market customers already have a solution. Breaking into accounts that weren’t out the gate was incredibly difficult. Manager support was ok. Lord of the ideas didn’t really help because it was just tactics without addressing the issue. The main problem is that most people are already handling this. So why should they use Drata. Company needs more women and people of color in higher roles. There’s a fair amount of POC in the company but not many decision makers.

Overall great product, but in a hyper competitive market. A lot of feature parity and hard to sell on differentiation. With the funding and growth leadership is exploring ways to maintain the growth and their are pains. Overall a good company to work for.
