Great comp package, but mostly unachievable. Average deal size is shrinking. Product is only suitable for SMB, not ready for Mid-Market or ENT, missing key features. Product is falling behind to competitors. Getting their lunch eaten by competitors win/loss rate is dropping. Classic case of scaling GTM org quickly and product lagging behind. Morale quickly dropping

It’s a “numbers” role. X person sent this many emails last week. Y person put a certain amount of new companies into a sequence. There is no training on what our product does or how we differ from competitors.

Over hired for the sales org. Lots of politics, and majority of the team is not hitting quota sadly. AEs and SDRs are getting let go left and right, no job security whatsoever here.
