Has been a good experience so far during my tenure. Lead flow has dwindled a bit over time but that's expected. Hyper-competitive market.

Not a great company to work for. Prices are being pushed down by competitors, no differentiators so it's a race to the bottom. Meat grinder mentality, grind grind grind. Sales leadership can be toxic. Inexperienced CEO and brother COO. Lots of favoritism. Lots of folks hired in 2023 now gone, look at the attrition.
