Working as a BDR at DoiT International has its ups and downs. The team is supportive, and the company offers opportunities to grow professionally. I work with existing customers so our incentive structure is based on that + capped.. Culture in DoiT is exceptional and the business values work / lol life balance and ensuring that you're taking care of yourself. Leadership is often transparent and open to suggestions/improvements to support the sales role.

Current employee. We had some major layoffs—probably overhired—and now it's a mess. Leadership takes zero accountability, and most employees aren’t sure what’s next. Morale is low at the moment.
