- Inflation = frowned upon by management, but necessary to hit quota. The closer a customer is to their contract expiration, the larger the inflation on your deals.
- Great earning potential with hitting/exceeding quota, SPIFFs, etc.
- DocuSign laid off 20% of their sales force last year (Feb and Sept 2023).
