The people in Docusign's Public Sector organization are great to work with. Docusign product leadership was challenging and getting them to make the appropriate investments in required certifications was always a battle for Pub Sect leadership and CSMs. The product is superior to any other eSignature solution on the market and customers really like it. Overall a really good place to be an AE or FLSM.

Great, I had a great relationship and trust built with management and teams. However in the HLS vertical your success is heavily based on your territory compared to a team like GEO

Overall, it's a good company. Their focus used to be more on Employee satisfaction, but not so much anymore. I'm a top producer, lifetime average attainment of 147% and in order to get a raise I had to receive another job offer. Why let good employees get to that point?
