Witnessed 3 layoffs during my time there, eventually got caught up in the third one. Great team, but it was difficult to take the company seriously after all the layoffs.

DocuSign is a good place to work with plenty of potential to earn a strong living, especially factoring in the equity component that most other large tech companies don't offer to this level. Product suite is a bit stale but still easy to sell. Less room for promotion due to slower growth but there is still opportunity for high performers.
