Saw the 'Return to Office' news - I dont see how large orgs like DocuSign can pull that off (with reps) ... times have changed.  Is there an uproar?

RTO leans on the side of flexible, though it’s generally up to your direct report. Attainment has been at an all time low across AE orgs. Quotas were lowered 20% however there are a number of caveats that come with that. There were a number of policy changes that resulted in that number being significantly more unattainable than previous quota structure.

Yes I agree with the below. It's still very flexible and leadership are being very reasonable with exceptions. I'm very surprised at how flexible they have been with back to work plans. Lower quotas have made a big impact on performance and morale.

Not sure if the answers below are bots buttt things are not smooth sailing here. The RTO definitely caused an uproar and they are being flexible with it which helps. As for quota attainment - my org was around 70% to our quarterly number (lowest attainment in years)

Regarding the comments below - SMB is doing pretty well, mid market and enterprise maybe not so much.

No 70% did not hit quota. Most in Enterprise did sell anything

Yes and no. They are being flexible with RTO and there are a ton of exemptions to take advantage of. If your commute exceeds 75 minutes, you don't live within a reasonable distance from the office etc. you can apply for an exemption. As of right now, they want people at the office twice per week but they also said it will not be tracked and it will be done on "trust basis". It's mostly up to your immediate supervisor. They also revamped the pay plan (positively - big surprise) and lowered quotas by almost 20% for the year for all AEs so things are going well here - almost 70% of AEs hit or exceeded quota in Q1.
