GRC space is getting highly competitive. Used to charge a premium but now prospects are choosing the cheaper less feature rich competitors. Consequently our quotas stay high but average deal size almost cut in half.

So whether they do a good job or not at selling the product, the SDR's incentive compensation is effected by that. Compensation is also based on the BDM's own discretion.
