Overall the experience very chaotic with a CEO lacks the skill set to lead with no experience or background driving a company this size. The product is strong but until they remove the CEO and replace with proper management the company may continue to miss growth targets.

Poor leadership. CEO is a former CFO with no technical skills with poor understanding of the market in the USA. Poor market fit for direct sales, a partner is required for closing deals.

Unrealistic goals make any additional comp above base nearly impossible. No product training available. Leadership at the top is poor and out of touch with reality of the US region.

Good overall experience. I enjoyed the culture, the travel, the PTO. We just weren't quite ready to go to market with a direct motion when I was hired. Glad I joined and learned a ton.
