Good overall experience. I enjoyed the culture, the travel, the PTO. We just weren't quite ready to go to market with a direct motion when I was hired. Glad I joined and learned a ton.

Product market fit is not good. Will always be a partnered sale due to product strategy, which is a significant miss. The clock is ticking for this company as there are now newer and better players. Poor leadership. CEO is a former CFO with no technical skills with poor understanding of the market in the USA. Poor market fit for direct sales, a partner is required for closing deals.
