Poor leadership. CEO is a former CFO with no technical skills with poor understanding of the market in the USA. Poor market fit for direct sales, a partner is required for closing deals.

Product market fit is not good. Will always be a partnered sale due to product strategy, which is a significant miss. The clock is ticking for this company as there are now newer and better players.
