This place is a mess. New leadership is sacrificing customer satisfaction with quick cash grabs with the goal of getting the company sold. New products and licensing models are released half baked with tremendous growing pains. There is no documentation to share with customers and digicert has no marketing strategy.

DigiCert used to be an amazing 5/5 star company to work for. Recent org restructures and upper level management changes have challenged the culture and crippled go to market success.
