Complan is horrible changes every 6 months.Leadership overhaul too to bottom. Shifting priorities. Tech is not solid on SAAS and was very late to market. Lotsa fire drills and fixing customer issues that should be handled by tech support. Lots of poorly connected systems. Latest revocation put another black eye on company.

Made the switch from sales operations to sales here. Great experience, and can count on hitting OTE with even basic effort.
