DigiCert used to be an amazing 5/5 star company to work for. Recent org restructures and upper level management changes have challenged the culture and crippled go to market success. However, the product is on its way to being amazing once some kinks are worked out, and I'm sure things will get better in time. Hopefully the culture reverts and the compensation structure is adjusted to match market rates, especially for veteran staff.

Complan is horrible changes every 6 months.Leadership overhaul too to bottom. Shifting priorities. Tech is not solid on SAAS and was very late to market. Lotsa fire drills and fixing customer issues that should be handled by tech support. Lots of poorly connected systems. Latest revocation put another black eye on company.

Undergoing a wholesale change in company leadership, culture and sales approach/compensation. Moving toward good waters on a several year journey to $1B in sales, but somewhat rocky along the way.
