My overall experience was positive, however, when the new leadership team came in, the culture turned toxic, product market fit changed, and promises of compensation increases were not kept.

The Sales Managers and Director were phenominal and the overall sales team was too. However, the pay and incentive structure was well below par and the new CRO came in, hired a lot of people to just lay them off and more 6 months later.
