New products and licensing models are released half baked with tremendous growing pains. There is no documentation to share with customers and digicert has no marketing strategy.

Former Employee2.9Sep 19, 2023The Sales Managers and Director were phenominal and the overall sales team was too. However, the pay and incentive structure was well below par and the new CRO came in, hired a lot of people to just lay them off and more 6 months later.
