Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great place to come and get experience and be able to say "I worked for a Forbes Cloud 100 company" ... don't plan on hitting quota as right now only ~13% of reps hit quota and 62% don't even hit 70% of their number. Hitting less than 60% of your number puts you at risk of being put on a PIP (pathway to termination), so a VERY high percentage of people are walking on eggshells everyday. Also, if you hit 60% of your quota, you don't get 60% of your variable due to some decelerators they call the "linearity bonus" which isn't a bonus at all, it's a decelerator that becomes an accelerator in a VERY small minority of cases. Also, their entire sales team structure is flawed in the fact that they're overstaffed for level of quality inbound leads (channel & direct) and they (delusionally) think that keeping such high head counts will result in more sales due to sales reps being more desperate to hit their number and close more deals through outbound prospecting. In reality due to such low attainment rates they're churning through reps & managers like there's no tomorrow. Management won't fix the structual issues. Browse Other Reviews
