They have jerked us around on work time and work in office. The managers have bad attitudes so it carries into the culture. You do get 18 bucks in DoorDash when in office

I had the best time at Dialpad! Granted it was my first job in tech, Dialpad lives in a very "startup" culture with messes and fun! I not only met great leaders, but ones that helped me find my career path, setting myself up for a future I am excited about. You'll find some real mentors here and learn a lot!

Pay is below industry average, no tangible DEI goals, and saturated market. Compelling product but investment in leadership and career growth is nothing compared to a public company.

A very fast paced, sink or swim culture. Great product and great salespeople. Company is very frugal about a lot of things. Post sales operations are a disaster.
