I enjoyed my colleagues but found it hard to achieve quota consistently. I appreciate the training opportunities but found that there wasn't always the opportunity to advance upward or move to a lateral role.

They hire too many AEs. All of their competitors who have even more marketshare have less AE's per capita. Product has cool features, but lacks basic features that customers want.
