Dialpad is a fantastic company, with a strong culture, smart leaders and great product. We have our struggles but most of those can be considered growing pains IMO. We've experienced a lot of growth over the last 4 years (ARR and Employee Count), so change/frustrations are par for the course. I would recommend a sales role here to anyone.

Been a great place to learn. As it expands into a larger enterprise I think it’s not offer the same experience. The business is making itself more repeatable so employees that are more comfortable being independent might start to feel micromanaged.
