Current Employee3.1Oct 14, 2024Not good, quota changes too often even when youre good at what you do, you get punished
Former Employee2.7Apr 17, 2024They hire too many AEs. All of their competitors who have even more marketshare have less AE's per capita. Product has cool features, but lacks basic features that customers want.

Current Employee4.1May 24, 2024Dialpad is a fantastic company, with a strong culture, smart leaders and great product. We have our struggles but most of those can be considered growing pains IMO. We've experienced a lot of growth over the last 4 years (ARR and Employee Count), so change/frustrations are par for the course. I would recommend a sales role here to anyone.
