The new leadership at Demandbase seems disconnected from the company’s operations, products, and sales processes, leading to constant, disorganized shifts that fail to align with customer needs. The substantial funds spent on new sales methodologies, brand agencies, and consultants would be better invested in hiring additional resources to directly support customers. Instead of engaging with customers or understanding their needs, leadership focuses on implementing usage measurement processes, which does not constitute effective customer support.
