The new leadership at Demandbase seems disconnected from the company’s operations, products, and sales processes, leading to constant, disorganized shifts that fail to align with customer needs. The substantial funds spent on new sales methodologies, brand agencies, and consultants would be better invested in hiring additional resources to directly support customers....Read More

Company has changed significantly over the past several years and sadly not for the best. Product has taken a dramatic hit and money invested in R&D feels like its to play catch up with closest competitors...No innovation. Hardly anyone hits their number. I would look elsewhere.
