Need to focus on improving the actual product instead of rebranding again and again. Lipstick on a not user friendly pig. A very smart pig, but if people can’t/don’t use the product they’re going to churn.

Excellent company, market leading products that marketers are in love with. Great data. Fantastic leadership, not outrageous quotas, still very tough, but attainable. Can't say enough great things about the company.
