Deltek has been successful in their market in their market for too long with no real competitors. Now that they have serious competition, their reaction shows a lack of strategy around improving their products/processes as they are putting all of the pressure to improve on their sales teams.

Deltek is a decent place to work. SalesOps tries but they have never sold anything and look for ways to make Reps not make quota. Sales Leadership is a strong team.
